Tips for understanding your user name:
- If you have previously signed in to the Community, then you changed your user name the first time you signed in. Your user name is your real name (for example, John Doe), or whatever you chose as your user name.
- If you are a current member who has never signed in, your user name is the first part of your e-mail address (everything before the "@" symbol).
- Community user names are separate from your Truven Health product user names.
